Details

The seismic vulnerability of the Centro Olio val D’Agri has evidenced the need to evaluate the possible accident scenarios in detail, in terms of number of potentially damageable equipment that can occur simultaneously inside the plant during a specific seismic event.

Do you need more information?

The evaluation of the damage scenario was carried out thanks to the collaboration of the Engineering Department of the Roma Tre University, which has developed ad hoc software for the generation of seismic damage scenarios in process plants (PRIAMUS). Once the damage scenario has been defined

more representative, in terms of probability and number of equipment involved, were identify the areas at risk located both outside and inside the COVA.
